I did.
I felt tired, overwhelmed, achy, and dissatisfied.
I’d been
taking supplements and trying to fit exercise into my busy schedule like my doctor suggested, but I wasn’t seeing the type of results I was hoping for.
As you know, I’m a pretty high-powered individual. I’m a go-getter. I don’t stop
